The Villa Corazon Del Mar is a 5 bedroom 5 bath plus loft home with an infinity pool on the beach of Potrero. Construction was completed July of 2005. Since then it has been a very successful vacation rental. We accommodate small to large groups as we can sleep up to 22 people. The villas construction is rebar and cement and lot`s and lot`s of the beautiful woods of Costa Rica. The ceilings in the house soar up 25 ft. The greatroom opens up to the patio with sliders of 16 ft. wide. This creates an inside outside living area. The kitchen is designed to allow the cooks to never be without the incredible view. The bar in the kitchen seats 10 and the dining table of Guanacaste wood seats 10-12. The swimming pool is of blue tile with infinity edge. We have a whirlpool and shallow area for little ones plus a nice swimming area. The pool is elevated to give extra seating and be a deterrent to small children accidentally falling in. We have an outside bar/barbeque area.

The villa has been for sale for 1 1/2 years. As the economy has been declining I keep lowering the price. I am now offering the house at $1,300,000. This is well below replacement cost. Even at this low price I am soft and will consider all offers.

The house has a consistent and lucrative income. Aside from selling the house below replacement I am turning over a business that can continue with the new owner. Basically a very profitable business is being given for free. I have the income and expense numbers readily available for any interested parties.

The villa is also the perfect family home for someone wanting to live here full or part-time.
